You may automatically receive a card or have to apply via your GP. White cards cover one specific health issue and Gold cards cover all health issues you may be experiencing.

How do I get a referral for chiropractic?

To see the DVA Chiropractor in Perth, you need to acquire a referral from your GP. This referral lasts for 12 visits or 1 year, whichever occurs first during your treatment.

After this time, you will need to visit the GP again to get a refreshed referral.

With that referral, you can attend our clinic & receive our Chiropractic services.

We Bulk Bill your sessions 100% so there is no further gap to pay.
